“Great location! 2 beach chairs and umbrella included every day ($45 cost daily). Pool is good. Clean and well maintained. Close to everything. Free internet access. Easy communication with host. Free parking included (a few blocks away, 5 min walk). Flexible check in and check out. Cons: A little bit old building. ”

“Location was amazing! Property manager was awesome and gave good instructions and even allowed us to store our luggage there before and after checkout. Facilities and furniture were a bit torn, but for that price (considering that location) it was still good:) ”

“I had a great stay at this place in Miami! The property was very nice—clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The amenities were excellent and made the stay super comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the location. It’s centrally located, so everything from restaurants and shops to the beach and nightlife was easily accessible. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want a convenient and enjoyable Miami experience.”

“We had a good stay despite some issues. The shower wasn't working and it didn't get resolved during our stay. I don't blame the owner of the unit because he had to deal with the building management and they apparently were not doing a good job, and poor communication with the owner and us. ”

“If you're looking for a safe place to stay next to the beach and close to great restaurants then this is it. The condo itself was clean and Dan was quick to respond to any questions I had. Definitely will be back.”

“The spot was cozy and had all the essentials for our weekend trip to Miami. As the posting shared the street is really active, so just prepare for that. We loved how walkable the neighborhood is, it so was close to the beach and they had beach towels for us to use. I would definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it!”

“Couldn’t have been easier — we were able to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer while using our room for simple breakfasts and loving the convenience of having a parking space. Beautiful hotel and beach; easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and a park in Key Biscayne. ”

“Was a great spot to stay to hold over for our cruise. The views at night with the city lights and then the water on the other side was so nice! Check-in/Check-out is a little tricky but not a deal breaker for the views and convenience of location. A short walk gets you to a bunch of bars, restaurants and entertainment. The only negative was we only had four towels but more than four guests. Other then that it was excellent!”

“It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two……

“Clean, AC works GREAT! Plenty of pillows (may be weird to call out, but I sleep with a lot of pillows and my husband and I easily had 4 each here.) Host was very communicative. The location is awesome. Immediate beach access, and love that it also has a pool (for those that love vacation but not sand/ocean). So close to amazing restaurants. Everything was walkable. No need for cabs or ubers. ”

“Check-in process was a little odd since the front desk at the residence doesn’t check you in, but a third party does. However, once you figure out who you need to talk to, it was very smooth. The valet supervisor in the morning (sadly forget his name) was incredibly kind and helpful—definitely made the 50-a-night parking, if you use the service, worth it.One downside was that the pool closed at 7 PM, which was a bit disappointing since the sun was still up, and it would have been nice to enjoy……

Too noisy, will never come back again

"Very disappointed and I won't come back again. The problem is the guest room window & its door does not has a good sound isolation. When someone walking, talking on the corridor, the lift notification "ting ting", someone singing in the hall area, I can easily hear these noisy sound when I'm sitting or sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Besides, sometimes some of the electric wall plate mal-function which makes some of the lights cannot work even cannot use for charging my mobile phone. However, it is great that the Hotel has an airport shuttle and has a free breakfast for the guests."

"The bed design is terrible. The place where your feet go is under the bed. You can easily bump into it without any warning. My sister and I both got bumped. My sister's ankle swelled up a lot. I told the front desk about it, but their attitude was not good."
