“This was our second time in South Beach and we loved the location of this property. The apartment was clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Marc was a very responsive host. Walking distance to everything you need for a comfortable stay in South Beach!”

“Front staff is so nice! The entrance is at the back of the building, and the room was great! If you’re staying around spring break/ the weekends are popping off, I highly suggest ear plugs! You can hear a lot, but did NOT ruin our time at all! We actually laughed a lot about it all weekend! Super convenient and short walking distance to the beach”

We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. “Had a great weekend staying here in South Beach. Close to many restaurants and the beach is only a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend staying here. The room itself is no frills, but I’m not coming to South Beach to lay around in my rented room. Room is clean just some items are a bit dated. The property has a terrace on the 2nd floor that was fun to sit at and people watch. Staff on site are super friendly. ”
