“We came into Miami for UFC 314, the Elser was very nice the valet parking is expensive but there are public lots near by we decided to just pay the 90 a day. Our room over looked the Kaseya Center and the bay. Walking distance to Kaseya and Bayside Market which was also a blast. We got some beautiful pictures from the sky wheel thing good and drinks were great at all the places we stopped. We didn’t go into the pool but checked it out too, it’s a really nice area. Too noisy, will never come back again

"Very disappointed and I won't come back again. The problem is the guest room window & its door does not has a good sound isolation. When someone walking, talking on the corridor, the lift notification "ting ting", someone singing in the hall area, I can easily hear these noisy sound when I'm sitting or sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Besides, sometimes some of the electric wall plate mal-function which makes some of the lights cannot work even cannot use for charging my mobile phone. However, it is great that the Hotel has an airport shuttle and has a free breakfast for the guests."

"The bed design is terrible. The place where your feet go is under the bed. You can easily bump into it without any warning. My sister and I both got bumped. My sister's ankle swelled up a lot. I told the front desk about it, but their attitude was not good."
