“I read so many reviews that have complaints about this and other local places lacking modern touches. It’s ridiculous. The whole district is Victorian, everything is pretty old but largely updated. Were we in an old building? Absolutely. Were there modern touches? Absolutely. The bottom line is that the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect if you wish to experience South Beach, and we felt comfortable and safe for the night. Would stay again. ”

“We were immediately impressed with the communication with our hosts. The room offered amazing comfort and a stunning view of the coastline. Amenities were great. Our hosts even offered some goodies for us upon our arrival which was a lovely touch. Having access to a pool was great. Coming from a colder city, this place was perfect. Too noisy, will never come back again

"Very disappointed and I won't come back again. The problem is the guest room window & its door does not has a good sound isolation. When someone walking, talking on the corridor, the lift notification "ting ting", someone singing in the hall area, I can easily hear these noisy sound when I'm sitting or sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Besides, sometimes some of the electric wall plate mal-function which makes some of the lights cannot work even cannot use for charging my mobile phone. However, it is great that the Hotel has an airport shuttle and has a free breakfast for the guests."

"The bed design is terrible. The place where your feet go is under the bed. You can easily bump into it without any warning. My sister and I both got bumped. My sister's ankle swelled up a lot. I told the front desk about it, but their attitude was not good."
