“The room was very clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is a very short distance from many activities (Riverbend Music Center, Cincinnati, antique shops, etc.) The only complaint I have probably seems insignificant but I do dislike that the bathrooms don’t have a working exhaust fan. The mirror fogs up easily after showers due to this.”

“Clean. Quite. Easy to get to from highway. Great location. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Nice outside sitting area. Covered parking. Emma of the front desk is wonderfully helpful and attentive to all you needs. Rooms are spacious. ”

“The staff were great. The property was nice. My only issue is you have to request for housekeeping to clean your room. At other hotels I stayed at housekeeping automatically come in and clean your room without you having to request it. Also the bed pillows needed to be changed. The pillows were stink, and did not feel or smell clean at all. ”
