We did not have any shampoo or conditioner and didn't realize that until the following morning when one of us took a shower. As soon as we mentioned it to the front desk, they supplied the missing items. Staff was courteous and helpful. ”

“We were in there for the Cincinnati Open championship weekend. This hotel is an official Cincinnati open hotel where many players were staying. Very well maintained but looked a little quiet. The occupancy might be very low. The restaurants in the property were closed for special events mostly probably for the Cincinnati Open. Overall good hotel.”
