“Super responsive and friendly people. Very cool speakeasy on property with karaoke on some nights and outdoor movies! Friends stayed in the Star Wars themed house, all the decorations are meticulously done. Close to Austin and Lockhart (BBQ festival). Each place had a fenced yard for your pups. Perfect place for groups of couples to have their own place but be next door”

“Cabin was very clean, the view was phenomenal and it was nice feeling off the grid. We fished a ton every day with lots of luck. Wide variety of exotic animals to watch throughout the property. Would be very fun to visit during summer to take advantage of the pool. The listing on VRBO can be slightly confusing. There is a room that list two queen beds which only has one and upstairs living room that lists king is an air mattress. These beds we were using for kids, so we were able to make it……

“This was the perfect place to stay for our wedding at Texas Old Town down the road. We stayed with 5 other friends, and were very comfortable during our 3 day/2 night stay. There was a large open kitchen with everything you needed to cook a meal and great table for everyone to hang out at together. We loved the wide open back yard space and hot tub/pool area. There was a cute little orange cat that showed up during our weekend that we were happy to have hanging out. One thing to note is that……

“I received the wrong access code via email the glamping tent we stayed in. It took hours to gain access. I called and reached out to the facility. No response. I finally got a hold of an Expedia representative and got the correct access code after 11:35 pm ”

“Bathroom AC didn’t work and they were pretty dirty inside. Outlet on our front porch didn’t work. Beds were good and inside the tent was nice. Property is nice and well-kept. ”

“Other than the mouse we found in our glamping tent that left droppings in our beds and all over the counters, we had a fun stay. The river is beautiful and nice to stand in. Community bathrooms and showers (cold water only) are clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Won’t be going back because of the mouse issue but don’t let our isolated experience keep you away from this river ranch.”

“The place is on the river. It is clean and has everything you can think of just not TV. In the dark it is dark and hard to find. But you are on the river. AC works great. Hot water is hot. Beds are comfy. Theres a hammock in the living room just no TV. ”

“This home is amazing! So beautifully lit and so many rich textures and ambiance. So darned comfortable a d clean. We left before the check out instructions arrived and Im terrible at checking the app- so if anyone is disappointed- it would be the owner. As a guest - i was thrilled to work away from home for a day or so!”
