“I received the wrong access code via email the glamping tent we stayed in. It took hours to gain access. I called and reached out to the facility. No response. I finally got a hold of an Expedia representative and got the correct access code after 11:35 pm ”

“Other than the mouse we found in our glamping tent that left droppings in our beds and all over the counters, we had a fun stay. The river is beautiful and nice to stand in. Community bathrooms and showers (cold water only) are clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Won’t be going back because of the mouse issue but don’t let our isolated experience keep you away from this river ranch.”

“It was so peaceful, which was exactly what I needed. Kiko greeted me the first night and led my car back to my cabin. He is the sweetest dog! I loved that they had a jar of goat treats on the counter for me to feed the goats with and they left eggs in the fridge for me! The communication was excellent. They replied quickly to any message and were enthusiastic to help me with anything during my stay. ”

“Was not aware there was a shared bathhouse/bathroom, there were large bugs inside the A frame, and we didn’t get any check in instructions sent prior to arrival.”

“Who knew you could find true hill country living so close to Austin !?! This is rural Texas at its core just a short drive from downtown. It's PERFECT for anyone attending a Circuit of the America's racing/driving event. The main mattress was a little dippy. Pull out the mattress from under the day bed. It was much more comfortable.”

“This is a unique and very relaxing place to spend a few days. Not too far from San Marcos, nestled in the Hill Country, and packed with charm, this was the perfect rvacation spot for my wife and me. The decor inside and out made this a memorable location. The hosts have thought of pretty much everything. Kiko, the very friendly dog that roams the property was a real plus for my wife and me. We’ll be back. Highly recommended!”
