“This place was a GEM for our family trip to the Dallas area. Our group was 7 adults. The rooms were exactly as described in the listing, and there was plenty of space for all uf us to be comfortable. The property was a new construction duplex, two-story, and it is furnished with simple and modern decor/furniture. The kitchen had nice new appliances. The ONLY drawback to our stay was that our GPS struggled to locate the actual location. This is likely because the neighborhood is new and still……

“We had a great experience. Property managers were very punctual in communication and helpful when needed. The property could have been a bit cleaner. The frying pans were put away dirty, the drawers had crumbs in them ect.. But, the majority was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was questionable, we were instructed by our Uber driver to not walk around at night, but we felt safe in the house and the nights were quiet except for Saturday night, the music at the neighbors were so loud we……

“We had everything we needed for our stay in Dallas. The house was comfortable and well-kept. The backyard was well-lit, warm, and relaxed. We enjoyed the fire pit and the cool weather at night. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud—blaring music well into the night—but they kept to themselves, and we hardly noticed them once we were indoors. Our group enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Great host!”

“Stayed just one night. Very clean quiet and beds were very comfortable! The only issues we had were that the WiFi did not work and there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. The no WiFi was not a big deal for us as we were not there very long and I bought coffee filters for the coffee maker so now that issue is solved. We enjoyed the tranquility of the property and the ease of the stay. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to others. ”

“Property manager would not return our text. The property was double booked and we were never notified. I had to call Vrbo management directly. Vrbo was very helpful and I appreciated their response. It was very upsetting to arrive at property and finding outit had beendouble booked. When we arrived at the location, there was already occupied with someone who had booked the same property we had booked. ”

“Upon arrival, the weather was awful, flash flooding, torrential rains, flight delays. Our host was very accommodating to our eventful schedule. The Villa was ready to receive us whenever we arrived. “We loved our stay here at La Palmilla. Our daughter was so excited she kept telling us she didn’t want to sleep. It’s a beautiful property and felt like we weren’t in Texas. Loved that it was dog friendly, and the wide open space around was so relaxing. We also saw some deer roaming around. We met the owners and they were so kind. It's close to all of the Glen Rose spots and we would definitely return. ”
