“Amazing host was quick to answer any questions and super nice. Not intrusive at all but available and helpful. Property was clean and comfortable- especially the reclining sofa and the king bed. This is a working farm and the property is older and a bit rustic so be aware. Fully equipped and all appliances worked perfectly. The WiFi was blazing fast. The rooster will wake you early though if you are a late sleeper! The livestock guardian dog is the ultimate smiling greeter and such a sweetheart!……

There is a ping pong table in the garage, the kids enjoyed that, but there was all kinds of random paint cans and jars of nails and screws, you know , the kind of stuff you keep around your place for minor repairs and stuff, not the kind of stuff you expect to see at a vacation rental. “It was a beautiful place!Overall, it was great, but we did have a few minor issues such as a hideaway bed being broken, an air mattress having a hole in it, etc.For the life of me, I could not find the light switch to turn off the lights in the kitchen lol!Knowing ahead of time that it is a working ranch would have been nice, but it wasn’t a problem. “This property exceed our expectations! The property is beautiful. We had a group for Senior prom and had plenty of space for all of the kids and adults. The backyard is huge and has a wonderful fire pit perfect for smores. The goats, chickens and house dog Leo made the trip even better. We were allowed to collect fresh eggs and even feed a baby goat. Victor was an excellent host, he even brought us a can opener that we needed. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a……
