“I was aware the resort was kind of "rustic" in the sense of a natural park/water park - cabin, but to our surprise, it exceeded our expectation, our room was ample, clean and great. The staff was uber-kind and attentive to our needs, we were provided an informative package with all the activities and amenities they offer, I wish I had more time than just the weekend to explore the area; we all had fun. This is a family resort so expect pets and kids around. ”
“It is clean ,and special style,but noisy even it was 11:30pm,people there keeping screaming ,laughing and yelling.we stayed two nights with my two children.not recommended”
“There were a few inconsistencies in the availability of transportation that was slightly inconvenient. Also there was an instance that we requested cleaning but no one came the entire day. It was a 3 night stay and overall it truly was a beautiful experience just a few hiccups that I will let the hotel know about directly. I would stay there again, provided they are sure to mind the details. ”
“I stayed here for a business conference. It was relatively quiet at night. The room was large, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The gym was decently equipped, but the sole leg machine was out of order. Overall, a great hotel option with good amenities at a reasonable price.”
"The environment is very quiet, dining is very convenient, and special dining seats are prepared for infants and young children. Very thoughtful service. There is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, which can heat milk for infants and young children."
