“酒店有点旧了，电梯比较小（不过跟法国或者西班牙的老房子相比还是很不错了），房间也不是新的（不过卫生间还是很干净而且设备也比较整洁），床有点硬可能需要注意一下，房间隔音不是很好，但基本的素质还是不错的，四星级可能有点过誉，但考虑到价格，跟三星级酒店相比是个不错的选择。 服务人员的态度不错，我没有提前预定早餐还特意跟我说明了入住当晚先说好可以便宜一点（可惜圣诞计划去集市吃的）。 自助式早餐的内容很丰富。 不在维也纳市中心，可能要前往不是很方便，不过坐电车也很近。”

“Mir gefällt die Art des Hotels,welches kein 0815-Touribunker ist. Es liegt praktisch bei der Messe und beim Prater, man ist schnell bei einer Haltestelle der Öffis und die Superbude ist damit eine gute Ausgangsbasis. Die Leute, die da arbeiten, sind im Schnitt recht jung, aber eher bunt und alternativ. Im Hotel wird auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet und auf Vertrauen. Geputzt wird, wenn man es wünscht. Wir waren in einem Familienzimmer und die Kinderbetten waren wie Kojen in der Wand mit Licht und……

"我要特別感謝櫃台的服務人員，其服務態度非常親切，當我反映住宿的房間內的洗臉台(Bathroom sink)有裂痕，可能會對使用者有險時，服務人員立即連絡幫我更換房間，而且是立刻解決，我非常感謝。此飯店最大的優勢便是離車站非常近，交通方便，也可以步行至美景宮(Schloss Belvedere)，以及步行至軍事博物館(Heeresgeschichtliches Museum)，甚至可以步行至老城區，也只要25分鐘，非常方便。我感覺奧地利的人民對於別人都非常友善，也很有禮貌，這是我第一次來到奧地利的想法，謝謝。"
