“Everything was professionally done from the welcome center/waiting area, boat that takes you to yacht, luggages waiting at your room. Boat is impressive one year new. Food was excellent, opinion from a Vietnamese ex-pat. Pho was delicious. Staff was very responsive. Two excursions were excellent. Most luxurious boat @ Halong Bay”

“It was a wonderful stay in the cruise, the tour included some sightseeing in the nearby islands and we got to try kayaking. The cruise has its own small tender boat to transport passengers to and from the cruise to port and small islands. The tourguide, also the cruise manager, spoke good English and took care of each passenger well. The tour covered all meals on the cruise, hotel-level breakfast, lunch and dinner. “Von Transfer bis zum Schiff und den Tagesausflügen alles top geplant. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit, nett und aufmerksam. Sonderwünsche beim Essen werden super umgesetzt und die Natur ist ein Traum. Die Musik an der Bar ist angenehm und die Zimmer sind in einem super Zustand. Ein Trip zum Staunen und sich verwöhnen lassen. ”

“Good value for money, staff were great, food was plentiful and fresh, rooms could do with a spruce up but comfortable bed and had own bathroom/toilet. Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat.”

“Trip from the wharf on the tender (boat big enough to fit 40 or so people) took about 40 minutes to get out to the boat moored out in Halong Bay. Had set menu lunch and dinner tasting menu food was good. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom nice with porthole window in the shower. Activities were good including kayaking, squid fishing and visit to cave. Favourite activity for the family was the karaoke. Pool was a very big spa that was well utilised. Shuttle transfer……

The staff on the ship were top notch when it come to custom service and making you laugh and smile. From karoke to kayaking, wooden boat trip to cooking class, they made sure you were comfortable and safe. Would recommend this to everyone”
