The only negative thing I can say is that the living room furniture (couch, chair) are old & need to be replaced. They were both really uncomfortable. “Nice studio apartment. The elevator made things easy until the power went out the day we were leaving and we had to lug everything down two fights and had to exit through side door. But that wasn’t the fault of the host. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the apartment!”
