“Good location and close to old town, parking available with limited space. Good breakfast and the attitude of hosts are cool. Hosts didn't allow to extend the parking to 2-3 hours after check out at 1000. Their check in time is after 1500 and the hosts reject the request looks cold attitude. It's the first time we didn't allow the parking extension we stayed in UK for past 5 stops.”

“地理位置很好，旁邊就是大教堂，從火車站過去只要向著大教堂方向走就很容易找得到。接待態度很好，離開房間需要交下門匙，另外窗關不了，早上6時開始就會很嘈吵，但還可接受。沒有風扇或冷氣，下午熱得很，但晚上就還好。沒有電梯，要搬行李上房。”

“I had an excellent experience. The landlord, Qin, was very enthusiastic and helpful in solving our problems. The property I stayed in was located on the first floor, right next to the reception. The room wasn’t very big but was cozy and warm. It had a bathtub with plenty of hot water available. The Wi-Fi wasn’t lightning-fast, but it was sufficient—I even managed to host a phone meeting one morning. The bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable and clean. “這間酒店的員工服務殷勤，盡力耐心協助解決住客問題，地方舒適，自駕泊車十分方便。多謝 reception Alyse 耐心解決我的泊車要求和努力解決等的晚飯訂單事項。這裡的餐廳職員都很有禮貌、笑容和盡力提供協助，餐廳很舒適，這裡英式食物做得很好，晚餐我食了Homemade PIZZA 和 素菜意大肉丸意粉，Pizza 做得非常好吃，意大利粉十分咸，換了新一個都是十分咸，因為tomato sauce 原本已是一分咸。總括我很推薦這間酒店，再來York 都會繼續使用。”
