“We’ve been to the Cape many times over the past 20 years. The Sesuit Harbor House was conveniently located off Route 6a, but it was very quiet; you couldn’t hear the traffic at all. Phil and his staff are very attentive and friendly; the continental breakfast in a basket every morning (with local treats) was perfect! We will come back and hopefully with more family members. It was 10/10! ”

“We loved everything about this property. Location, amenities, decor, layout. Louise is a great host. We hope to be back soon and stay for longer!”

“The location was absolutely perfect as we were able to come and go to the beach during the day and for sunset. We had a small issue with a leak and it was addressed immediately by the owners. We fit our large immediate family and children in the house with ample bedrooms/beds. Thank you. ”

“We stayed at this house with three other couples for three nights. You can't find a better location in my opinion. The private beach with the view of the ocean from above was breathtaking. The gardens were well taken care of. And the house had all the charm of a traditional Cape cod cottage. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come back again”

“4PM check in and 9AM check in are a little late/early for us, but we made it work. Accommodations were clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Could have used another kitchen chair though (there are 7). Fan from the restaurant next door blows restaurant smell into the main bedroom (sometimes good, sometimes not so good). Great location, good amenities, well equipped. Thanks.”
