“房內和花園景觀都和照片一樣,房間很大,床也很大,舒適的陽台座位,不過真的是比較老的飯店,浴室不夠乾淨..放備品盤子上有像辣椒醬的污跡..水杯也是黑黑的整圈茶漬都沒洗掉,毛巾有大片棕色污漬這些照片上看不出來,有一個很小的花園泳池很漂亮,但是早上我看到池畔有一隻死老鼠..很驚訝,但飯店很快就處理了.地點很好走路去超市或做spa都相當方便,服務人員很親切 ,幫我們租摩托車和延遲退房到2點,飯店的早餐很不優,種類很少.我認為飯店如果更重視清潔品質的話會加分很多..”

“Respati Hotel in Sanur is in a fantastic location, perfect for walking to restaurants, bars, the dentist and the Icon Mall. The gardens are beautifully maintained and while the pool is small with no shade, it’s easy to access, with four cabanas and plenty of towels available. Breakfast is basic, with an extra charge for a cappuccino. Our second floor room was comfortable, though the bathroom felt dated, with a noticeable crack in the hand basin.
