“We had a wonderful stay at the Appalachian Resort hosted by Milagros & Sergio. They were incredibly friendly and gave us clear and helpful explanations from the start. The room was very clean, and it was great having the water park within walking distance. They also offered flexible early check-in depending on the situation, which we really appreciated. Whenever we had questions, they responded very quickly, so we felt completely comfortable during our stay. We would love to come back again!”

“This was my family’s first Vrbo experience and we couldn’t be more happy with the property! The owner, Henry, was very quick to respond when we needed a little guidance on to check in and also made sure to check in with me later on to see if we settled in ok. “First off, Milagros, our host is amazing. Through messaging, everything we needed days leading to our stay was provided, from access code, directions and instructions. Parking was included in our unit, as well as pool access. All of the information was provided ahead of time, allowing an online check in. “We just needed a place to destress and relax. This apartment fulfilled that need. A very cute apartment with some complimentary necessities provided. It's also a very quiet place. "We came down to check out at 10:30 in the morning. I paid a cash deposit. They can't check out until they check the room. The front desk told me 5 minutes but made me wait for almost half an hour. Halfway through, I asked her how long it would take because I had to go to a meeting urgently. She gave me a very nonchalant attitude. It was already 11:10 when I got the deposit. What made me very unhappy was that I was the only one who wanted to check out. Do you want me to wait for half an hour in the morning?"

"I reserved a king bed room but they didn't reserved. they put me in a double bed room and requested me to keep the room clean until they call me and then made me stay tidy for 1 hour and never came back. I waited until 12AM and called them back at and someone pretended to say sorry but was not sorry at all and hang me up saying she has more important work to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no manager working on site. Its trash management shamed and harmed the Hilton's brand."
