“The apartment was beautiful so was the roof top pool. Everything wasn't that far away. Only complaints are the address listened & given to me by the manager was not correct…it never popped up on the maps correctly. every time I put in the for an Uber it brought me down the street, in the vicinity but not to the actual property. The apartment smelled like a dirty diaper or old mop water when we arrived but eventually went away. The WiFi wasn’t working at first but got it to work. The employees……

“Adoramos a hospedagem. Fica a 1 Km do terminal ADO e da praia e também a 1 km do Chedraui que é de onde saem os Colectivos para Tulum e Cancun. Ao lado tem um mercado Walmart e restaurantes. O quarto é excelente, tudo funciona, ótimo chuveiro, cama confortável e ar condicionado. Na cozinha dá para fazer café da manhã e lanches rápidos. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
