“Great boutique hotel with beach decor. We were treated with dignity and respect. They accommodated our request for an upgrad. The location was in the quieter end of the beach. It’s so lovely and easy to walk the beach that we really got our steps in!”

“I love this hotel. The decor, service, food, and vibe. The rooms are spacious and just like the pictures. The beds are super comfortable, loved the sheets and duvet. The water pressure is definitely one of the very best in Mexico. The hot water is endless and the rooms are very very clean. Everyone is very pleasant. It’s a quiet hotel which is nice. “It is simply impossible to completely eliminate sand when the beach is right outside the front door. So they get 5* for effort. The staff were stellar. “Hotel itself and hotel room were beautiful, clean and unique. Hotel was 2 min walk from stunning beach and 5-10 min walk from town. 3 min taxi drive from the port. Really ideal location. Traditional Mexican dishes to try for breakfast each morning which was so nice and fun. Staff were always really friendly and helpful and spoke amazing English (and tried to help us with our Spanish!). We can’t remember the lady’s name with the brown hair (sorry!!) but she was great - thank you so much……

“Great experience. Lovely staff, incredible beachfront location. Front desk was so helpful booking tours and taxis for us. I loved the old school tropical vibe of the rooms, they feel living in a James Bond novel (though the excellent aircon made me grateful to live in modern times). “Service needs work. I’d feel better going with the flow if I hadn’t been paying so much. Our family of 4 stayed in the “deluxe suite” which had a pull-out couch for our pre-teens. We were initially provided no bedding for the couch and not enough towels. Had to request these items multiple times before receiving them. “Great hotel ! Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Was located on one of the nicest stretches of beach that I saw. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
