“The place was a beautiful stay for a large group. My bridal party and I were staying there and the location was perfect for a California stay. We’d walk along the beach and the place was close to the areas we were visiting. There were more than enough beds for each of us and the place was very clean. It has lots of natural light. We would stay here again!”

“Booked this listing, all seemed well. No contact from the property owner, but assumed they’d reach out as we got closer to the trip. The day of check-in, I still had not heard from the owner. I called the number on the VRBO listing and it was clearly a burner phone. Had no way of accessing the property with lack of response. Had to scramble and find new accommodations last minute. I’ve never had such a horrible experience.”

“The rental was as pictured and very clean. Guests should definitely read all the signs posted in order to have the best stay.The property was beautiful and Szilvia made it clear we were very welcome and let us know what there was around the property to enjoy.It was such a a great place to get away for the work week and just take some moments away from a city. Plenty of places close by to buy necessities and access to the property is easy.Szilvia was very welcoming and understanding of our dog,……

“Not at all what we expected. Only 2 towels in each bedroom, no wash cloths for a 5 day stay. Also, no toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwasher detergent. There were also ants in all the bathrooms that we weren’t told about. Very disappointed since we were visiting from NC and never been to the area. The beds looked like sheets had not been changed but just beds made up. ”

“We had a wonderful weekend getaway to the Ventura area, staying at this lovely property in Saticoy. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood itself is quiet and safe-feeling. The property is a short drive to everything in the area. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house with panoramic views of the ocean. Very clean and well stocked with any needed household items. The beds are comfortable and checking in and out was a breeze. Be aware that the 101 freeway is located between the house and the beach. It doesn’t block the beautiful ocean views or access to walking to beach, but the traffic noise can be heard when sitting on the patio. Any traffic noise isn’t a problem inside however as the house is well insulated.……

“Beautiful home. If you are expecting three bedrooms, just be aware that two of the bedrooms don't have four walls surrounding them. They are open and it gets very bright in the morning. To get to the loft you must claim a ladder. It will get hot during the summer with no AC, but if you don't mind, I highly recommend this cute condo. We loved the location and the bright welcoming home. ”

“We were quite comfortable and really enjoyed the use of the kitchen. We had a little trouble navigating the TV but watched what we could find. The condo has a lot of light, more than those who live outside a city were used to. We were unable to arrive as planned and checked in the next day, however our host extended our check out time which gave us a chance to explore our surroundings. The host was wonderfully helpful and made our stay enjoyable.”
