“The place was nice and met my expectations of cleanliness. I liked the location close to the beach. I felt the pricing was reasonable. There was one issue we had. The ac wasn’t cooling the place down. I messaged the property owners the evening I arrived and it was a few hrs till I got a response. We spent the first night with no ac which wasn’t ideal. I messaged several times throughout the second day and they said they’d check with their ac repairmen, then the repairman couldn’t come out for……

“The property was super cute and clean. The customer service was great, we locked ourselves out and they resolved the problem immediately. They also communicated well, and notified us the property was 2 hours early and could check in early free of charge! ”

“Vacasa is a joke to work with. They tell you that Check-in isn’t until 4 pm but the code they give you to get in the door isn’t ready at 4 pm. Usually several minutes later. Happens with them many times over. ”

“This was the perfect spot for me. Close to restaurants and shopping area while still having immediate access to the beach! Highly recommended. ”

“The house could not have been better. Large open floor plan, each floor has a kitchen and laundry room which was wonderful, wide hallways, open layout. With a large group we could have together time at the big island and 12 seater table or find space to have quiet time. Outside is beautiful, pool and hot tub fabulous with private beach access. The house is very comfortable, well appointed and very well stocked. NO COMPLAINTS. We can't wait to come back.”
