“Most well-equipped house we have ever stayed in on 30a. The host is a pleasure to work with. Very responsive. Beautiful home, great location, and we will be sure to rent this house again!”

“Home was quiet, cozy and bright! Loved the location - super short walk to beach and fun spots. Being in a gated community was a bonus with very kind and attentive security staff. Not a huge fan of the public beach and access but thankfully not too busy during our visit. We really didn’t want to leave!”

“Excellent property!!! This house was just perfect! We came with 8 adults and 2 children under 2. They had high chairs, pack and plays and a whole kids playroom stocked with great toys! Kitchen was well stocked and top of the line appliances. The living area had plenty of seating. Every bedroom had a bathroom and the beds were great! The deck had the most beautiful view and there was easy access to the beach. The host responded immediately to anything we needed! We would highly recommend this……

Property was directly on the beach and well stocked with everything you need.Lots of stairs but the elevator is actually functional so it was easy to move luggage and groceries upstairs. Floor could have been cleaner and the alarm to the pool is loose so it went off a few times but over all we had no complaints. ”
