“Place was very cozy and had everything we needed. One does need to bring their own beach towels of course! Very clean and comfortable space. I do think it would be great if there was a light by the entrance/door for when you are arriving at night but other than that it was a great place to stay. Everything is walking distance from here and it is a beautiful neighborhood. Owner was very responsive when we had a small hiccup (very much on us), it was great to be able to get in contact with her……

“Very nice condo that had everything we needed. It was well decorated and spacious for our family. The property was clean upon arrival and was in a great location. There was good communication from the owner. The one thing that we didn't enjoy was that the patio shown in the photos is a public patio, so we regularly had random people hanging out on the patio and talking right outside our window throughout the trip. Otherwise, we really enjoyed everything about our stay. ”

The property is clean and beautiful and Ravi was an excellent host!! The room had everything needed for a wonderful stay. Sandestin Luau did not disappoint and we were thrilled with the convenient beach access. We will abstolutely be back!”

“Or first trip to Rosemary Beach and could not have chosen a better location! We were in the middle of all the shops, restaurants and across from the beach access. The townhouse was great and handyman was super communicative and helpful when we needed him for TV cable(very finicky) and fire alarm battery. Disappointed in a few things that should be included in a destination vacation spot mainly that beach towels weren’t provided. who flies with those? Also limited kitchen supplies for……

“Really nice studio apartment with an excellent location close to beach, shops, restaurants. Two things to look into: couch pull-out bed was stuck closed and kitchen sink faucet leaked. Otherwise 5/5! Thank you. ”
