“My husband and I traveled to Destin to visit family who lives nearby. This property was in close proximity to the airport, beach, and other local attractions but didn't feel "touristy". The golf cart was a very nice touch, and we made use of the tunnel that crosses 98 to access the guest pool, Baytowne Wharf, and the grocery store. The home was in great shape and the owner was quick to respond with a maintenance visit when the AC wasn't working properly on our first day. The grill could use some……

“Stayed here with family for a wedding. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing! ”

“The condo was fantastic! We met our son there and brought our two dogs along, and it was the perfect setup. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee bar—with K-cups ready to go—was a great touch for coffee lovers. Each floor had a deck with beautiful views of the gorgeous beach. We were only there for a short weekend, but we’ll definitely book a longer stay next time. The location is ideal—close to shopping, restaurants, and a wonderful walking path in both directions if you prefer……

“Would recommend but could improve on the following: - Wifi (It was extremely slow) - Property manager communication (There was a situation with various non-secure door handles. The handle that was completely off was on the door leading out to the pool and resulted in a guest cutting their hand.)”

“The golf cart was great. House was great, we weren’t there to “stay in a house” we were there to eat, sleep and sit at the beach! It was perfect. House was clean and had everything we needed to make dinners. The only thing that would be better was if they had a cooler and beach chairs so you could fly in and not need anything without having to rent the expensive ones from the shack on the beach!”

A pool is nearby, a golf course on the grounds, pickle ball courts behind your unit and an easy walk to the Seascape Beach. With everything provided, bring yourselves pickup some groceries and you are ready to enjoy. Why Not?”
