“Stayed here for two nights while visiting Bath. Loved the room (named "Jake") with its compact space and the layout between the room and the bathroom. “Superb staff saved the day for this property The internal condition of the hotel and our room were lovely - but the external renovations are making the reception to room experience pretty horrible.
