“The hotel is excellent. It's 1.8km from the town city and around 10km from Tam Coc. The town is very safe and well lit. We rented a bike and had no issues at all. There are a few convenience stores around, but you need to go into town for a decent coffee. The hotel manager is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast pho is superb. It is situated next to a field on a quiet road. It is peaceful and very clean. Highly recommended.”

“This hotel was very disappointing after seeing reviews and pictures online. To start on a positive, it is very beautiful outside and in summer I can imagine it he pool is lovely. However, there were several disappointing aspects to our stay. Firstly, the lack of hot water. I did go to reception and she informed me there was a switch for the hot water (not sure why I wasn’t told this at check in), however when this was switched on we still had no hot water for our stay. The staff are incredibly kind and generous: the concierge took time out of his day to drive me somewhere quiet for a scooter-riding lesson and handled getting me on a sleeper train to Da Nang. Cannot recommend Thuy Anh highly enough”
