“Nice hotel, but not top class. Would have been nice to have water in the bedrooms (even tap water would be fine). Somewhere to put your suitcase would also be helpful. Food was average”

Breakfast was great with very good service. Nothing was too much trouble. The range of teas, coffees, milk and biscuits in the room was very good. Grea t location near to Dumfries town centre, and railway station.”

“What a find,this hotel is .it's nicely situated good car park ,clean bright and extremely comfortable .Terry and Lynne are wonderful hosts ,nothing is too much trouble for them ,and they are always friendly and helpful .we have stayed here three times before and would not consider staying anywhere else .”
