“The condo was amazing and close to everything. We were only about 20 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center. The owner was very kind and responded fast to text messages. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The cleaning that was done in that apartment prior to my arrival was less than satisfactory. I rented a 3 bedroom for myself and my two boys however upon checking the sheets, one bedroom had stains on the mattress cover. It looked as though someone spilled butter from popcorn (there was m actual kernel in the bed) and the cleaning person did not clean the sheets. It was disgusting so, that room was not used which was disappointing. There was also hair in the shower, one of the bathrooms were not……

“Everything was as listed. Lots of space in the property. The Wi-Fi was not the best, but the Vacasa manager was amazing and mitigated my issue quickly and effectively. It would have been nice to have a pool pass though. ”

“My overall stay was great. I liked the service, the location, and the amenities were great too. However, the AC shut off at approximately 5 am. I woke up at 5 am in sweat. There was no electricity until 4 pm and my food went bad. It was uncomfortable. We had to leave the apartment until it was fixed because they couldn’t accomodate our needs. ”

“Great location, beautiful spacious apartment, comfortable beds/space. It was well appointed with kitchen items, bathroom, and laundry. The apartment floors were a little dirty and there really needed to be a fan in the 2nd bedroom. It was pretty stuffy in there with the thermometer limited to 72 at night. The AC unit was a little loud but cooled well. Unfortunately, the pool was too packed to enjoy, and the gym that didn't open until 9am was also packed. The gym was well appointed, and there……
