“I was a little unsure about this booking based on some less than perfect reviews but we had a wonderful experience. Gabriela was informative and responsive and so pleasant to work with. The whole unit must have been upgraded from the photos because it was beautiful and much nicer than pictured. The resort was great for the kids. We had planned to do so much more but ended up staying at the resort most days because the kids had a blast. The pool bar had great drinks and most of what we needed……

“Where to begin… the property was immaculate. Julienne was very responsive when verifying check in / check out procedures. The condo is well equipped with all that you will need to enjoy your trip… bath towels, pool towels and all the cooking utensils, etc. you would ever need. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. All TV’s worked as did the WiFi. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would definitely recommend and book again!”

“I took my high school senior daughter and her best friend here for their senior trip. I also had my Freshman daughter and her best friend. The unit was clean, bright, felt safe and was exactly as described. We loved having a kitchen and laundry. The unit is super close to the club house and pool. We all loved that it was gated with security, too. It is close to Target and Publix. It took us about 40 minutes from the airport, about a half hour to get to Universal and about 15 minutes to get……

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“The rooms here are very nice and spacious. It’s easy to make your way around the property with signs everywhere. Beware there are a lot of animals on the property- I ran into raccoons, opossums, and alligators. The biggest downfall in my opinion is the lack of food/beverage options. There are none. Nowhere to get a cup of coffee, a drink, or a snack. Overall though it is a very nice place to stay. Very quiet ”
