Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“The rooms here are very nice and spacious. It’s easy to make your way around the property with signs everywhere. Beware there are a lot of animals on the property- I ran into raccoons, opossums, and alligators. The biggest downfall in my opinion is the lack of food/beverage options. There are none. Nowhere to get a cup of coffee, a drink, or a snack. Overall though it is a very nice place to stay. Very quiet ”

“We had a family reunion in Orlando with our married children and our 11 grandchildren ranging in age from 6 months to 8 years old. The pool was awesome, and it was well worth it to pay for the heating. The kids all enjoyed the swimming pool and the game room. There is a community pool that we went and enjoyed for one evening, but found that we just really enjoyed the house pool. Having so many rooms with king sized beds made choosing rooms a breeze. “Also es war leicht zu finden. Das Haus ist sehr hell und hat große Räumlichkeiten. Parkmöglichkeiten für 2 Autos wären auch vorhanden. Die Möbel sind nicht die neuesten aber es ist alles in Ordnung. Der Poolanlage war auch sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Das Haus war schon gut, Aber es war jetzt auch nicht richtig sauber. Für ein Haus in dem keine Tiere erlaubt sind, waren sehr viel Hundehaare auf dem Teppich und auch der Mitarbeiter der den Pool sauber gemacht hat, hat uns gesagt die……

“The property was excellent and condo was very nice however I wish there was more soap to wash hands and dishes. Also , there was no soap for dish washer and laundry. There were no gargage bags to replace. In order to cook, you need to buy everything yourself like solt, pepper and oil. Even the toilet paper was limited. We asked for cutting board and frying pen and were promised tomorrow which never happed. Other than that the condo was nice. I think the kitchen needs upgrade like dishwasher.”

“Everyone from the children to the adults had a great time! The house was perfect! In this customer service was wonderful! Having the resort close enough to walk to was fantastic. We will definitely be staying there again.”

“The experience and location were great and located the right distance from all the parks, close enough so the daily drive wasn't an issue, but far enough away to have all the regular shopping venues and restaurants. The listing pictures are misleading. The property is dated and has maintenance issues that the owner or manager needs to address i.e. rickety bar stools, broken light switches and table lamps (shorts more than possible) and damaged/missing patio furniture. The VRBO was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our party of 10. We loved the location on the corner of the lake with no neighbors to one side and the lake behind. Our 4 1/2 year old granddaughter loved the wildlife as much as we all did…alligators, Sandhill cranes, other large birds,……
