“Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Spider life is rampant so staff could pay more……

“Not the cheapest hotel but value for money. Recommended! Same as the picture shown on the offical page. Pros: New. Very clean rooms and very spacious. Toilet with both shower and bath tub. “Very boutique style hotel, you will feel like you have a private hotel, very quiet, not many rooms, service is amazing very personalised and everyone is so nice and helpful, also location is good close but secluded, and many wild animals around the gardens which is great. food is delicious, and room are spacious. Very happy with all, super recommended.”

“We stayed some Nights and were Really glad about our stay. We have now 2 weeks in Sri Lanka and First Location we give 5 Stars Isuru Buildet a very Lovely Place there and is very helpful from breakfast to Dinner. Its close to Dambulla, Sigiriya and Polonaruwa. We Are driving with pur own Car, the Location is easy to find, Car parking is inside the Area. The private area is Safe with a fence arround. “Tres bel endroit dans un écrin de verdure et à 1kms à vol d'oiseau du site de Sigiriya. Grande Piscine avec quelques transats et joli restaurant sous un grand porche pour les petits dejeuners et les diners. Breakfast correct mais toujours le meme et au bout de trois nuits, ça devient lassant. Restaurant dans la moyenne, ok pour dépanner mais on trouve beaucoup mieux et moins cher en allant sur la route principale vers Sigiriya. Chambres spacieuses avec grande terrasse mais l'hotel aurait besoin……

“Spent two nights, 3 days at this property recently while touring around at Pinnawela, Sigiriya, Dambulla and Minneriya. Great location to visit all those sites. Excellent service with a smile. Buffets were plentiful and delicious, great variety. Pool was so relaxing and lush gardens that were well kept really felt like paradise. Disappointed after Covid there is no spa/massage option as that would have been perfect. Stayed in a large room with separate room with door. 2 adults, 3 teens. Teens……
