“The Hotel was 5* luxury. The staff, management were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Everything was clean and immaculate. The breakfast was amazing and perfect outside area to have it. Location to Kos Town was about a 30 minute walk. The only thing I would criticise is on the Expedia website we had the option to pay at property at an extra cost. The hotels policy was payment had to be made 7 days prior to arrival. I did query this and the hotel, on this occasion, agreed we could pay……

“Grundsätzlich eine schöne Hotelanlage mit moderner Ausstattung / aber einigen Abstrichen- keine 5*!!! Leider ist der Service eine Katastrophe. Wenn man Kaffee bestellt dann bekommt man nach einiger Zeit die Kaffeetasse ohne Löffel - ohne Zucker … das dauert dann auch wieder usw… leider ist der Kaffee fast nicht genießbar. pro Woche darf man 3x in den Themenrestaurants speisen. Dort ist der Service sehr gut. Zimmerservice ist ok. Alles in allem war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die direkte……
