“Great hotel, great staff. Breakfast should be until 11am but it is until 10am. I think they should change it.”

“Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi……

“This was our second visit to the Rodos Palladium. We returned because it’s an excellent hotel. The room we stayed in was exactly what we reserved: a seaview delux. It was big with a sitting area and large terrace/balcony. The separate bathroom was also spacious with a large walk-in shower. We had a half-board plan because the food at this hotel is exceptional. “Stated for a chilled out bank holiday weekend and it was perfect.. not very big which was exactly what we wanted. It has a really good pool but it’s set right on the beach which is sandy and looks on to the bay when the sea is calm and brilliant for snorkelling…. Best thing about the hotel is the staff…. All of them are really pleasant and helpful and Kevin, who is stationed on the beach to get drinks is an absolute star…. “Everyone should have a Kevin””
