“Great location. Love the setup. Different than other hotels - virtual front desk. I was able to reach someone when having room access issue. Helped me greatly. When I could not access the room the support person upgraded me to another unit. Great service. I would do this place again. Loved it ”

“The room was clean and stylish. It was well stocked with items for purchase but no fridge or microwave (other than beverage fridge that was full of for-purchase items. It is an excellent location for enjoying all the festivities of downtown Nashville. We were within walking distance of almost everything and near stop #10 on the Hop on Hop off trolley. Highly recommend.”
