“Lovely hotel. My room was well equipped, including a fridge. I was overlooking what can be a busy street, but couldnt hear anything. Extremely convenient, the hotel is right in the city centre, just a couple minutes walk from the train ststion and surrounded by shops and restaurants. And the lovely front desk staff were happy to keep my suitcase at reception in the morning while I headed into town.”

“The rooms were nice and well kept and the manager let us stay an extra hour after checkout to accommodate our plans. The check-in was a bit fraught. We were told check-in was at 2pm so we had lunch in the restaurant (issues with that also re every 5 minutes a different excuse why we didn't have our food). At 2pm the strange excuses started as to why we couldn't yet check-in. In the end supposedly there was some kind of walk out by the cleaning staff and the manager had to clean all the rooms.……

“I have been fortunate to travel much of the world. I have stayed at substandard hotels, 5 star hotels, and many more in between. Without exaggeration, Flyers Bay Country house is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. The property itself is gorgeous. It has the feel of 1950s-60s country lodge but on the inside is fully modernized. The views of Loch Ness from the bedrooms is BREATHTAKING. Every night my wife and I would watch the sunset over the gorgeous water. And as a pleasant bonus, the Loch……
