“We stayed for a family weekend . I loved the building and staff very nice . Only problems was that TV in 426 and the microwave did not work . The microwave wouldn’t work at all and never did. The TV would only play One channel for live tv . I reported both issues to front desk and they said they would follow up . We were only there 2 days so we streamed Netflix instead and did not try to heat anymore food. Hopefully they will fix it for the next guy. I would give them another chance if I……

“The elevator was very old. When I arrived first floor, the door did not open immediately, and I waited for at least 30 seconds. They said it's normal, but I don't think so.”

Going through hard times Amanda & the other staff made us feel at home and didnt make us feel ashamed because of our situation due to having a bunch of stuff we had to leave our stuff on a cart because we couldn’t transport the staff kindly watched our things & ensured that it was okay & made us feel st home . We will be booking actually tomorrow! Until we find a home Comfort is our home ! ”
