“I’d recommend this booking to anyone looking for a home away from home. My family and I came from Barbados for the Christmas holidays and the place was exactly as described online. It was clean and felt homey. We needed the heat raised and within a short time frame of messaging the host, she came and adjusted the heat so that the apartment wasn’t cold for the kids. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend.”

“Cute and cozy and clean! We traveled from Topsail Island, NC for a family wedding in Sparta. Our dog loved it too! The host greeted us after the wedding and had a fire going for us to relax under the stars. The local diner for breakfast was great as well as the State Park for a hike. Wish we had more time....”

“This house was a great find! We were attending a wedding at Lake Hopatcong and instead of staying in a bunch of hotel rooms, we choose this home. Four spacious bedrooms, extra beds for additional guests and everything we needed to enjoy being together as a family. Having to travel from North Carolina, my husband and I had to work remotely one day during our stay. The bedrooms upstairs had nice desk space to accommodate private space for us to work. The view of the lake made the stay even more……

“We had a great stay, despite the rain. The house is beautiful, well organized and the dock and location on the lake is awesome! We would definately recommend. Thanks so much! ”

“We stayed here for 16 days in May 2025. We live locally, but we needed a place to stay while contractors repaired flood damage in our home. With everything going on at our own house, our nerves were pretty fried. Given our frazzled state, words fail to describe my gratitude for being able to stay at this home. The house is immaculate and extremely well-maintained. The gardens defy description. There were two acres of fenced-in yard for our dogs. The home and garden have several beautiful places……
