“The Lodge at Mountaineer Square is a fantastic place to stay in Crested Butte. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the mountain. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day outdoors. “Love the owner/manager and staff. They made our stay feel very special. Food options available in town or on the mountain. Breakfast was more than continental which suits an active vacation. Bed was super comfortable. Take a fan or two if you are staying in the summer. Many mountain town properties are not air conditioned. ”

“Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.”
