“The room was spacious with two chairs and a table (nice for two people!), larger-sized refrigerator, adequate air conditioning on hot day. Plenty of drinking cups and coffee cups, towels and hangers. Smoke from a nearby wildfire interfered with the hotels satellite service (so no TV and no wifi for the evening), but that was no fault of the management; it was working well the next morning. ”

“We stayed in the castle suite which is in a separate house up the mountain. A beautiful home has been turned into several suites.In the common areas there are two dens, a full kitchen, a wet bar area, gym, and sauna. Numerous rooms have private hot tubs. We enjoyed beautiful views from every window in the Castle Suite. The room was huge and the bathroom was too. The only issues were the stairs up and down to the front door from the road. As long as you don't have mobility issues, there stairs……

“This place was so nice to stay in and was immaculately clean! They thought of so many little things (automatic blinds, basic bathroom/shower amenities, extra blankets, smart thermostat control). Very comfortable and nice to stay in. 5/5 for loft! We would definitely stay here again. Only thing we did not love about the stay… their actual Public House restaurant that is below the loft- truly was such a chaotic restaurant experience in pretty much every aspect.”

“The Lodge at Mountaineer Square is a fantastic place to stay in Crested Butte. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the mountain. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day outdoors. Another great perk is the free bus service into town, which runs regularly and makes exploring downtown Crested Butte hassle-free. Highly recommended for a comfortable and……

“Hands down the best place to stay in Crested Butte. First class property, service, food and amazing attention to detail.”

“Comfortable and so convenient, with everything you need within walking distance. You can walk to trails (and several bike rental options if you prefer to ride instead of hike) and numerous restaurants, coffee shops and shops. If you want to go into CB, the shuttle bus stops steps away and runs every 20 minutes. Parking in the garage costs extra, but it's free in/out or you can leave your car and walk/bus most places. The on-site restaurant, Jose, is tasty and has excellent drink options……
