Poorly insulated rooms allow for you to hear everything in the bathroom across the hallway along with all of your neighbors. Baseboard heat makes the room go from 50° tov100° and is supplemented by a portable electric space heater. Creaky floors, covered in delaminating, separating Pergo. Evidence of past leaks and rotting window sills--really the list of deficiencies is the only thing impressive here. ……
