“Our family (numbering 17-29, depending on the day.) had a wonderful time. The home, pool, and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Monica was always available by text and responded promptly. When the internet was unresponsive after a power outage, a technician was at the house in less than an hour and promptly solved the problem. As a bonus, Franklin turned out to be a delightful town with a vibrant downtown area. And of course, Nashville was a stone's throw away and enjoyed by all ...……

“This was our 2nd stay. It never disapoints. You can spend time with family in the pool and game room. Clean and plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood with plenty to do and see in Columbia or Nashville. The house is beautiful and always feels like home.”

“Very clean. Nice amenities: snacks, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, cute night light, fan, washer/dryer, nice towels, WiFi. Appreciated the laminated instructions for the facility. Kitchen was well-appointed. Slept well on the Purple mattress. Struggled with getting TV to function. I believe the guests before me signed out of the TV account despite the instructions to NOT sign out. ”

“Stayed here for a concert at FirstBank Amphitheater. Short drive to the venue, and lots to do nearby! Got invited to the barn to meet the horses on arrival, as it was feeding time. Went over to the fence the next morning, and one walked right over to say hi. Loved the space! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. ”
