“We had a great time in Honolulu and loved having this condo as a home base! Honest pros and cons:Pros:1. The location is pretty central to a lot of the western part of the island. We rented a car which made it easy to get around.2. The building is secure at night and we never heard neighbors or had any loud night time interruptions.3. “Overall, our stay was very nice! The downtown location was great. The unit was very clean, except for the couches. (They need to be cleaned, as there are dark smudges on nearly every pillow and cushion. It was bad enough that we put sheets over the cushions and completely removed the pillows.) In the unit, items were available for our use at the beach (e.g., a wagon, cooler, and shade umbrellas). The dishwasher and washer/dryer were in good condition and very useful.”

“If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in Waikiki, this is a good place as a launching pad, in particular with free self-parking without having to wait for valet and tip every time you get your car, and without having to spend 20 minutes trying to get out of Waikiki. The unit is clean and tidy, recently remodeled, with a decent view as shown in the listing.
