“My mom and I rented this house as the "luxury" part of our 2 week trip, as its outside of our normal budget. It did not disappoint. The instructions to get in were very clear, and despite a complete downpour upon our arrival, the house was well prepared to help us dry ourselves out and regroup. “We enjoyed our visit to Pensacola in this little cottage space. It’s small but used the space very well and has everything you need for your stay. Very quiet and peaceful spot and walkable to anything in the Downtown Pensacola area!”

“My stay at this property was fantastic. The host, Cindy, was extremely helpful. She was a great resource for events going on in the area. I also had a very early morning flight and she was able to grant me an early arrival (granted that the room was ready). The location was a short 15 minute walk downtown (aout a little shy of a mile), I did not cook there but there is a microwave, stove, all the dishes, pots and pans and a gas grill out back.
