“Decided to get a room downtown because i attended my 20 year high school reunion, and glad i did. It was clean, quiet, and i didnt habe to use a staircase. Was able to walk right up to my room. I was also given the option to check in a little earlier than most places have let me in the past, and i really appreciated that. Was able to get ready for my reunion without being rushed and really enjoyed my stay. ”

“This is truly my Happy Place! Absolute best in location in Pensacola. JoDee is the most amazing host and this property is always immaculate when we arrive! ”

“I wanted to stay somewhere different and this was it. We stayed busy so we didn’t spend too much time here. If I could do it differently, I would have made time to fish. Perfect for watching the sunrise while drinking coffee. The house was perfectly decorated and clean. Glad we stayed here. ”

“We loved our stay here! It’s such a fun, unique experience. We had some rainy days and still enjoyed being on the water rather than just having a wasted beach day. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock, we saw large fish, crabs and even a dolphin right under our house! Close walk to downtown shopping and food and right by the bridge to drive to the beach. I’d love to stay again! ”
