“The working attitude of the room service staff is very good！ But the tenants next door were too noisy, and someone was talking on the phone in the corridor all night long! It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep the whole night! I won't be able to come back to this hotel next time because it seriously affected my sleep!”

“This is a new hotel that will be nice once it is finished. However, it is not finished yet. My family did not have access to the pool or laundry facilities, which was frustrating since those two items were part of why we chose this hotel to begin with.
