“This is such a cute property. Everything was clean and updated, abd the towels and the bed were soft. The staff worked hard to make sure we felt welcome. It had a cool boho vibe.”

“Such a fun and memorable stay!! The houseboat was immaculate, beautifully decorated and spacious. A few storms came up and the rain hitting the roof was so nice at night! We are at Bonita, just a short walk down from the houseboats (great food and pretty cocktails!) and enjoyed delivery one evening (you can Door Dash so easily here!) The best perks were the golf cart luggage assistance and rides to and from the parking garage. So convenient. Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. Could……

“I took my teenage son and nephew for their first Wilmington experience. They requested Downtown. This loft VRBO was perfect for the three of us. It had everything we needed. Yes, as other reviews stated, you will hear the music from the Bar below. Cam provides white noise machines in both bedrooms and ear plugs. I used the noise machines but not the ear plugs and was just fine. The place was so clean and beautifully decorated. We will be back! ”

“The condo was very cute and clean. We had a lovely stay! Great location within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and live oak bank pavilion. We had a minor issue when our room key broke but the host was so nice and very quick to have a new one delivered. We would definitely recommend to friends and will stay again if we are in Wilmington! ”
