“My cabin was about two feet from the roaring Big Thompson river. That was so cool. Can't imagine if the river was higher. Crazy. At first you think, wow that river is loud, but it lulls you to sleep right away. Everything was comfortable, maybe a little worn, but it was great. A bit expensive too. But the porch swing on the river was really nice.”

“Beautiful and perfect location. I enjoyed not having much wifi (had enough to book timed entry, look at weather, plan a few hikes and meals and check in with family) and my son loved the horses. We saw elk and mule deer right by the cabins and we were only like 4 minutes from Lily lake and Twin Sisters trailhead. ”

“Very cute resort setting! We were only a few miles from Mishawaka and loved the short commute on the free shuttle. Hiking nearby and beautiful surroundings. Can't go wrong, especially if you're going to a show up the road! ”

We especially loved the awesome coffee maker - what a treat! Ane was always helpful with questions. We let her know about a problem with the fridge and she immediately responded. ”

“We love Estes Park! This cabin was very close to town and was quiet. It does have some charm to it. There is a thermostat that is loose on the wall, no smoke detector in the master bedroom, some loose handles in the bathroom, and there was a ton of lint in the dryer filter, and when we did laundry, the water backed up into the tub, and the holder for the shower head is broken. Also, the up stairs bedroom is not for and adult, I hit my head 7 times. LOL Non of this however is a deal breaker. The……

“We had a great time in Estes Park. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this location. We saw deer, elk and even a bear in the yard which our granddaughters thought was so cool. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The owners have a binder with useful information, restaurants, trails & anything else you would need. ”

“Overall, the house was in a great location in Estes Park. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for bigger parties including activity/game space in garage. Downsides: Carpeting is old and stained, blinds are broken in various rooms emitting morning light, bed in master is sagging and pillows could be updated. ”
