“This our second time staying at The Flats and this time don’t disappoint. It’s very close to CSU campus and in a safe area. You have to park on the street (or at Target up the street), but we have never had a problem finding a spot. Easy check-in and great communications with the hosts. We will always try and book one of these places whenever we’re in town.”

“This was an ideal base for exploring Rocky Mountain national park. We woke up every morning to beautiful views and came back to our perfectly furnished studio with everything we needed. Between the mini fridge, microwave and hot plate we were able to eat many of our meals right there sitting on the patio furniture enjoying the view. “Host Griffin and Carley went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Griffin completely overhauled the gas grill so we could use it for a Mother’s Day dinner with family. The house is clean and very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room to host family yet cozy when it was just the two of us. Location is convenient to so much.
