“Overall we had a good experience staying in the Marmot cabin. Yes, it is small, and my wife and I had to sometimes dance around each other but it was fully expected from the description. It is a very cute cabin, perfect for solo trips or couples. It is a very short walk to the river and we could here the river from our cabin. Estes Park is just a short 3 minute drive and either of the RMNP entrances are 15 minutes away. I would say the only negative thing (although some people may love……

“We really enjoyed the hottub on the deck after driving all day. Thought the place was easy to find and was very clean. Cute rooms, perfect size for 2 of us and a dog. By far, though, the best feature was the great access to the beautiful creek in back. The only hiccup was out of the owner's control and that was a loud neighhbor. We would definitely come back .”

“We traveled for our honeymoon and I wanted a cozy cabin in the mountains with a hot tub. This property did not disappoint. It was quiet and clean. Serene views and sounds of the Big Thompson River which is steps away from your cabin. Easy to check in/out. Our stay was great! ”

The property was utterly beautiful, located along the river, and very peaceful. We loved the privacy and the cozy atmosphere of our tiny home rental. We only stayed one night and hope to be back sometime soon”
