“My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! Everything was as described and the host was great with communication. Comfortable beds and pillows. “This is a very cute place for a cozy weekend stay. Very close to town for an easy drive to stores and restaurants. The hot tub worked very well, it was very nice for a snowy weekend. Kitchen appliances worked great, the heater was very efficient and the heated fan was nice to have as well. The bed and couch were very comfortable. “Charming 3 bedroom cottage. The bedrooms are all spaced out which is perfect for families with older children. Everything is on one level (no stairs) making it convenient for individuals with mobility issues. Living rooms is quite spacious and the furniture is comfortable. This cottage has no AC which is common in mountain communities but we were grateful that there were plenty of fans on property to help cool the house down. “The morning views of Longs Peak were breathtaking! The house was not huge and we had 6 adults and 4 kids. It was plenty close but it worked well!! The snow was beautiful and the wind was fierce!! We had a wonderful time and everything was as it said. I have but one complaint with every single Vrbo we book, they all have crappy vacuums!! I would love to keep the floors clean and don’t mind doing so. Get decent equipment!!! That’s the only thing that I would change!!! Thank you for letting us……

“We were in town to take our dog to CSU veterinary hospital and this location was perfect and close to the veterinary hospital.
