“The cabin was cozy and cute. Small for four people but we made it work. Lots to do and the host was very responsive to any needs. Quiet neighbor hood, felt like we were alone in the woods. Overall a great stay.”

“What a place! We had an amazing time! It was so comfortable, fun and spacious! It was so clean and organized. The views were spectacular!”

“The pond behind the cabin is shared with everyone in the neighborhood. It's accessed by general trails that run behind the cabins -- and which are also great for running! When we were there, it was jam-packed with singing frogs, plus a few bass and super-healthy sunfish which we then caught. We never saw another soul on those trails or at the the pond, though we were there in the May shoulder season.”

“The cabin was a little hard to find but is exactly as pictured in the listing. It would be helpful to have written instructions about how to take care of full garbage bags and the checkout process. My two critiques are that the lighting throughout the cabin is very dim and awkwardly placed and the bath towels smell strongly of cigarette smoke, especially the additional set that was delivered by the housekeeper. ”

“This was a fine property but important touches of hospitality and communication were missing. To not have a single trashcan liner in the kitchen or a single dish towel was awkward and could be so easy for you to provide. Instructions for the hot tub would have allowed us to use it on our first day. The promise of fresh towels was nice but they were not available. I would have liked to have known laundry was in a different property before booking. ”

“We went to West Virginia mostly for white water rafting. This house was only 10 minutes away from Ace adventures. Loved the small yown. We enjoyed the house. The kids loved the game room and hot rub of course. I will say for future families, the doors do not lock. Not the bedroom or the bathroom, so bring a wedge if u and ur signifigant other want some privacy”

“This is our third annual winter weekend getaway at the cabin. We love everything about this place. it never disappoints. ”

“Easy drive to all the recreational activities. The hot tub was great after a long day of white water rafting. The property manager was very friendly and super accommodating.”

“The house is nice and large. It is in a cool little part of town near a coffee shop and convenient to the new river. The internet was out for the first 24 hours and this led to our door code not working, which took us about an hour to get in. The property manager was very communicative, but unable to provide much real help, it sounded like they used some sort of remote service. The kitchen didn't have much in the way of cooking utensils/pots, and the grill was about 2 years past its replacement……
