“Decent little place. We just needed a quick one night stay place. Booked for the cheap price, wasnt expecting much. Lobby isnt great but rooms werent bad at all. Clean, comfortable, nothing fancy. If you need fancy not your place. Great for a quick stay and decent price. ”

“This was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood feel. Pool was clean and fun to use. House was clean and Elaine was quick to respond, answer questions and offer help. It was a true pleasure to stay here. ”

“We stayed in the cottage while attending a UF graduation. It was a pleasure staying away from the congestion of G'ville. Instead, we enjoyed a beautiful drive via 441 right into town, about 15 minutes away. The mattresses were pretty soft - a 2 night max for me, thus the 4 stars. But the cottage was comfortable, we loved sitting on the front porch, enjoying the breeze & the scent of jasmine. The location didn't lend itself to taking walks, but there are nearby options for that.”
